King IPTV EPG: Guide Data, Timezones & Refresh
This page is only about electronic program guide data. It is separate from the app-selection page and from Kodi setup.
What EPG does
EPG gives program names and schedules to live channels where guide data is available. A player must load and map that data to the channel list.
Guide setup sequence
- Confirm live channels authenticate and play.
- Set the device timezone correctly.
- Refresh playlist and EPG in the player.
- Allow the guide to finish loading.
- Check representative daily channels.
If EPG is missing
If video works but the guide is blank, do not reset the subscription first. Compare another compatible player, check whether only one group is affected and report the exact category/channel to support.
Kodi users
Kodi’s official IPTV Simple Client supports M3U and EPG. If you specifically use Kodi, follow The Kodi page rather than treating this generic EPG guide as a full Kodi tutorial.
Player support
Current KING IPTV player listings include EPG support, but a player advertising EPG does not guarantee every provider/channel has guide data. The service source and mapping still matter.
